A secure sealing of expansion and separation joints was implemented for the tank pits of a tank storage and logistics company in Antwerp. The tanks are used for the storage of various chemicals and place high demands on tightness and fire protection.
Approximately 3 km of the FJS Flexible Joint Sealing System were used, along with an additional 250 m of fire protection sealing. The solution provides a liquid-tight and fire-resistant seal and ensures long-term protection of the tank pits.
